I am a Mexican artist passionate about life, nature and painting
My Story
Everything started in 1983, when I decided to start studying Plastic Arts in Ontario, Canada. My pleasure for painting pushed me to keep studying and improving, searching for new contemporary techniques. I’ve taken multiple curses and qualifications (all around the world), and still enjoy it everyday.
Some of my artwork is exposed on different art galleries across Mexico, from Galeria Arte XXI (Polanco, Mexico City) to Galería Pez Gordo (San José del Cabo, Los Cabos). My art has crossed the borders of Mexico all the way to Germany, Italy, United States and Norway.
I actually run my own gallery OL’art Boutique in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. My artwork is original. Most of the pieces are created with acrylic over different materials such as wood, antique doors and windows, cloth canvas and also stainless steel. Also work with architects doing projects for institutions and private works.
